7. Returns

7.1 Chains Each chain is custom-made and individually manufactured. Custom-made items are excluded from returns. The only exceptions are the following three cases: - The wrong color was delivered, even though the correct color was ordered - The wrong neck size was delivered, even though the customer specified the correct size - The chain has defects (e.g., the powder coating has come off in several places). Please note: Suspension points and contact points of individual links are not considered defects! By concluding the contract, you agree to the reasons for return.

7.2 Muzzles Each muzzle is individually customized. Exceptions are our in-house muzzles with the title "Unimon, e.g., Australian Shepherd" – if these were ordered without a coating. For all other muzzles: The straps are painstakingly handcrafted to fit the model. The coatings are also customized according to customer specifications. If a muzzle is ordered, it cannot be returned. If only a blank is ordered (without straps and paint), it can be returned. The same applies to our in-house models in the galvanized version WITHOUT powder coating. Straps and powder coating are customized and non-returnable!
