⚠️Please note that colors that are not available in the "Additional Options" section cannot be ordered either. (E.g., "Please metallic") The selected color will be delivered.
Consumer advice: it is recommended to always attach the leash to the link next to the carabiner (left or right).
This way the carabiner is under tension on the dog’s neck and remains closed.

Powder coating is an industrial process in which a special powder is applied to a previously cleaned metal using a static charge. The metal then has to be heated, which causes the powder to bond with the metal. This process is both more environmentally friendly and more durable than painting, which is why it is also used in the vehicle industry. The coating is also completely non-toxic and germ-free due to the heating.
DANGER: Basically, powder coating is shock, scratch and impact resistant. However, mechanical friction, on the links themselves or on the carabiner of the leash causes abrasion during long-term use. This wear/abrasion is subject to normal wear and tear and therefore does not constitute a reason for return/exchange.
It should also be noted that there are small uncoated areas on the respective suspension points and the contact points of the chain links due to the nature of the chain itself. This circumstance cannot be avoided in the manufacturing process and therefore does not constitute a reason for return.
Due to different screen characteristics, the color representation may vary.Since each necklace is handmade, the production time is 1-2 weeks. We ask for patience.
